Workmanship Warranty:
We offer a 6-month / 10,000km warranty on our workmanship.
Unless otherwise specified on the invoice, our warranty for workmanship or parts does not cover any associated costs of repairs, including but not limited to, loss of income, towing fees, rental cars or any form of vehicle recovery. Some parts suppliers insist on warranty claim parts being sent for inspection before any claim for credit can be given.
New Parts Warranty:
We offer a 6-month / 10,000km warranty on new parts that have been paid for. If you can bring your vehicle back to our workshop, we will cover the labour costs to replace the faulty part within the warranty period. (Many workshops will only provide a new part and charge you additional for the labour to replace the faulty part).
Second-Hand Parts Warranty:
If second-hand parts are fitted, the warranty on parts depends on the supplier and is usually limited to 45 days. We do not cover the labour costs to replace faulty second-hand parts.
Any customer supplied components are only covered by our labour and the customer is responsible to take up any faulty parts matters of their own accord. *conditions apply on a case by case basis
Cooling System Warning:
For customers who have had cooling system repairs: At the time of testing / repair, all care has been taken to ensure the cooling system has no external or internal leakage. However, all cooling system components are under constant stress and could fail. We therefore cannot be held responsible for components not replaced at the time of repair.Â
Alternator / Starter Motor Warranty:
For customers who have had alternator/starter motor repairs: Warranty is void if contamination is found inside the unit from oil, coolant or any other source.Â
